worst landlord of my life

love the location, love the people.
Cons
Horrible management company. Unresponsive (they insist we fax any complaint, as if this is 1990), indifferent, generally horrible.
Advice to the owners
act like you run a building where people pay $8,000 or more a month for a unit. We'll be moving when our lease is up

Construction next door and noisy street but the construction is almost done
