Ben is super responsive with fixes at the apartment as well as general questions Amazing terrace spaces

No trash area, have seen some gnarly bugs

Wonderful apartment, wonderful landlords
Pros
Beautiful fixtures and fantastic amenities. Storage under stairs as well as in unit. Clean, well maintained and when issues arose, landlords worked closely with us to handle.
Cons
Older building so occasionally some problems that arise, but we feel they’ve been taken care of
