decent apartment building
Pros
The super and porter are very nice, the elevator works 99% of the time, the neighbors are generally very sweet, the building is pet friendly
Cons
Landlord and property management are impossible to get ahold of, pest management is terrible
Advice to the owners
please communicate more with tenants and give some form of contact where we can immediately reach someone during business hours

Pros
No funny business. Average, clear communication. Pleasant neighbors. Pests were taken seriously. Management was willing to work with us.
Cons
Pest problems. Uncoordinated management.
Advice to the owners
Begin regular extermination treatments. Continue being straightforward and clear.
