Elevator Small amount of units Respectful neighbors Additional storage downstairs Clean
Cons
Can get noisy during the day (on top of a Montessori) Can be noisy at night (people loitering around the building)

I loved living here

Quietness of the neighbors, great location.
Cons
Close to noisy street area but usually not an issue. Low water pressure in the shower
