bit pricey loud dogs shower water pressure a bit weak sink water pressure isn't amazing

Pros
-Super is attentative and works hard. -Laundry Machines are usually available. -Not many pests. -Great location. -Quiet. -Management is nice.
Cons
-Water intrusion problems. -Never got a mailbox for my apartment.
Advice to the owners
-Ensure your apartments do not have any major problems prior to moving in.
