Well managed luxury building
Pros
Clean. Professional staff. Responsive landlord, nice amenities
Cons
Heat and AC units not the best. Lincoln Center side can be noisy.

great place to live
Pros
They were always responsive. Package room is so nice they’ll bring everything up for you. Front desk is so nice. Spacious apartments with good views.
Cons
Some of our neighbors were loud, you could hear them if you’re in the living room from the hallway but you can’t hear your next door neighbors
