Enforce tenants to control their kids those teenagers are making the community horrible

It’s a fine place
Pros
Right by 110th 6 station, convenient to central park & 2/3. Super is nice & helped out most of the time.
Cons
We got mice & roaches. Exterminator barely helped. Rent increased a lot every year (2-300$).
