Great building to live
Pros
Nice/friendly neighbors. Low noise level - hardly hear your neighbors unless you’re in the hallway. Regularly clean the hallway and maintain the garbage area. The landlord is responsive and repair things fairly quickly.
Cons
Random people sneak into the building and steal packages often.

Not worth buying but not bad
Pros
Good water temp, elevator, roofdeck, impossible to hear neighbors through walls, great maintenance guys keep the halls/garbage area clean
Cons
Landlord hard to reach, central water line backs up sometimes, appliances second-rate, light fixtures hilariously bad
