Some great neighbors Reliable super and staff Love the neighborhood and 7 line Trash chute Laundry is solid
Cons
Huge, rampant, unfixable roach and bug problem Bad water pressure and draining issues Overall bad upkeep of the building itself like holes in walls and fixtures
Advice to the owners
Fix the roach infestation, they are in the pipes and walls and needs more than bug spray every two weeks
