Pros
Laundry in some units. Good area.
Cons
The freezer has been broken for months with no response from management. Recurring roaches and rats outside. One ran over my foot as I took the trash out. They say the exterminator comes on the first Saturday of every month, but that is not true. I have seen more and more roaches in the apartment as I've lived there longer. Very noisy neighbors. management acts clueless. Rent at your own risk.

Please get it together.

Cons
1) The absolute loudest block in the heights. Four competing PA systems on each corner. Ear plugs wont stop the bass from shaking you in your sleep. 2) Disgusting pest problem. Mice and German roaches everywhere. Couldn't use the dishwasher since it was basically a roach rest. 3) No Security. Single door door entry with no vestibule. Door lock was always broken and allows non-residents to enter. 4) Garbage bins always smelled like urine. 5) Dirty building. Spilled sandwiches, cake , you name it would remain in the stairs for days.
Advice to the owners
Do the bare minimum and make sure the front door locks.
