Great Owner and Building
Pros
Landlord is responsive Building is well maintained Neighbors are quiet and friendly
Cons
Some roaches, being handled by pest management (not infestation)

Great Apartment
Pros
Good location, responsive management, clean. Lived there for almost 10 years and the apartment was not only maintained but updated as needed.
Cons
There were some issues with the water heater but once it was replaced everything was fine.
Advice to the owners
Nothing he was very helpful.
