Roach infestation in every room. With droppings in every room. Killed close to 75 in one day.

Lots of Rats

Pros

Lots of space and great location.

Cons

Rats in the walls, rats on the streets, rats in the building, flies everywhere in the summer, a burst pipe, need I go on? The church next door plays loudly on weekend mornings, and also some weekday nights.
