Lovely spot...less love for the roaches
Pros
Super was always very responsive. Neighbors were always kind. The apartment was newly renovated with beautiful appliances.
Cons
Cockroach infestation in the building :( it's above a restaurant and bar. We managed but it required constant attention. Heat wouldn't reach the largest bedroom
Advice to the owners
See if there is something to be done about the roaches beyond exterminator spray! We found that the spray barely helped.
