Nice place with a great super and good management, but expensive
Pros
Great super, always reachable. When things weren't working properly, management would prorate rent.
Cons
Raised the rent an insane amount during lease renewal
Advice to the owners
Don't raise the rent

Great New Build
Pros
Well maintained and nice finishes/appliances. Decent rooftop with grill.
Cons
Management is VERY hard to get ahold of and can take months to provide solutions. Gym and rooftop bare bones and could be improved.
