Good for a non amenity building
Pros
Management was pretty responsive, never had a pest issue and there’s an elevator
Cons
Had 50% of my packages stolen and management didn’t put in cameras, super wasn’t very responsive
Advice to the owners
Address the package theft!

Laid Back Management
Pros
Low key, friendly building with laid back management. New mail system is good
Cons
No laundry, roof access would be nice
