Great location and lovely high ceilings
Pros
I loved being at the corner of Broadway near the subway but with the entrance on a quiet side street.
Cons
The gym facilities felt very cramped and were not convenient to use. Additionally, the location in the basement made it difficult to get wifi in the gym.
Advice to the owners
The building is under new ownership and remodeling is in process. My advice would be to keep the unique layouts and usually high ceilings, which made living here an especially nice experience.
