Living on Pitt
Pros
Very helpful super, washer dryer in unit, room to store bike in hallway.
Cons
Hallway can get stinky when trash is brought out. Floors are thin, entire apartment vibrates when upstairs neighbor plays music. People hang out in front of building playing music

Just a short walk to the N/R/W
Cons
Management and super could be hard to contact. The heat would sometimes be incredibly high.
