Decent Old School Building in Little Italy
Pros
Great location and nice neighbors, many of whom have lived there for decades.
Cons
Building is old and worn around the edges. The neighborhood is very loud given the tourist area. Also issues with package theft given high traffic area.

Fair Management building
Pros
Unique layout of each unit. Fair rent in the neighbor.
Cons
Management response sometime is slow. The basement for the laundry can be upgraded.
