Old and Damp, slow landlord
Pros
Not much, relatively responsive landlord but not great.
Cons
Loud and quite dirty hall. Very dated bathrooms and kitchens Landlord says dogs are not allowed but many tenants have them. I Love dogs so this is good really. No dishwasher or laundry. Landlord comes across as very aloof.
Advice to the owners
Improve the quality of the apartments - all old and need some renovation.
