Good but has a few issues
Pros
Elevator, spacious units, laundry in building
Cons
Pest issues and the exterminator is only offered during work hours. Which doesn’t work if you are not work from home

Good value for the price
Pros
Unit was rent stabilized, giving me much more space than I could afford in a market rate apartment and no rent hikes. Super is out in the hallways cleaning every day. Neighbors are friendly and it is a very quiet residential neighborhood.
Cons
Roach problem, they have a monthly pest control signup but it seems to be a building infestation
