Great building but hot water ran out and had very noisy neighbours

Hot water ran out quickly Building had very noisy neighbours. Building next door had lots very loud parties.
Advice to the owners
Wish you would have done something about the wild parties next door.

Cons
Sometimes neighboring buildings have loud parties ALL DAY on weekends. The building has thin walls and can hear all movements in/out of building and all stairwell activity. Owners are slow to respond and even slower to get repairs done - need to constantly follow up and have to be persistent to get things done!
Advice to the owners
please take care of YOUR building if not the tenants
