Location is convenient

Cons

Webster Hall is right next to the building. Extremely loud and busy street. Horrible noise. Heat vent can’t be turned off. Poor ventilation.

Great building great management

Pros

Never had any major issues in the building itself - no pests, clean stairwell, working elevator at all times, quiet neighbors. Any minor issues I had were addressed quickly and management was EXTREMELY responsive. Would live here again. Rare gem.
