Great building, fine management
Pros
The building itself is great. Always clean and the Super is the best Super i've ever had.
Cons
The management company isn't very responsive.

Affordable but dirty

The price was right for the unit and space
Cons
Building is not well kept - smells bad - is and feels dirty & needs an extreme facelift. Has pest issues and doesn’t feel the building is being cared for.
Advice to the owners
Make renovations if you’re going to increase rent
