Reviews

Former tenant·7 months ago

Good for students and for first apartment

Pros

Dishwasher, location, super was great and very responsive

Cons

Consistent rat/mice issues even with a lot of help from the super, management team could be unresponsive/slow but is close by, lots of street noise, package thieves were common

Former tenant·10 months ago

Good building except for weekends

Pros

Landlords were pretty responsive for any issues within apartment. Super was helpful and fast.

Cons

Horus cafe(bar on ground floor) is loud until 3am every weekend. If you can’t handle loud noise it’s a major issue. Heat is extremely strong in winter and typically needs windows to be left open.

Advice to the owners

Have Horus be more considerate or evict them.
