Good Place to live, You get what you pay for.
Pros
Good security/access. Great location.
Cons
Super takes a while to get back. "Repairs" are more like quick fixes. Management like to gas-light for leaks, locks, any repairs. Heating was hit or miss
Advice to the owners
Fix the heating. Repair things well the first time so problems do not continue.

the building was always clean and the super was very responsive

needed to take the closet door out of the bedroom in order to fit a full bed
