Wonderful building, great super

Pros

Great super, nice neighbors, kept clean in all common areas. Super responsive management and very communicative with any issues.

Cons

Not enough bike storage, but that is space constrained.

Pros

Super is nice The laundry is mostly empty You can find parking in front of the building most of the time

In the winter the heat is so high in my apartment i have to use the AC There are roaches in the summer There are mice
