Pretty good for the east village
Pros
management is very responsive. I broke my stove and they replaced it quickly with a new & nicer one. super/building manager also very responsive & nice, and he keeps the building clean. super nice neighbors and lots of people my age living in the building.
Cons
only 2 washer/dryers which are frequently being used. roach problem multiple times, there is a pest sign up sheet but no one ever came on the date we signed up. broker fee is absolutely nuts, 15% of a full years rent

Floods on first floor
Pros
Quiet building on a good street and rent stabilized
Cons
Our apartment is a first floor duplex and floods every time a big rain comes. We have had ceiling leaks, mice, plumbing problems, etc. with very little help from management
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive
