The building is dirty people don’t care people shit piss in the hallways sleep on the roof rats roaches throughout the building the owners don’t care they just want their money
Advice to the owners
Tear the building down build a playground instead

The rent includes electric and gas Never have had an issue with heat

The pest control is horrendous
