Pros
Great location to food and nightlife Spacious rooms Great neighbors Safe
Cons
It’s not the buildings fault that the neighborhood is loud, but there is poor sound insulation. The landlords are quick to respond if it’s an emergency, but if it’s anything less than you have to be insistent to get their attention

I shouldn’t have to email you so many times for you to respond 😡

It Was Okay
Pros
Low crime area, SUPER responsive management, lots of space and priced well
Cons
I frequently had mouse and bug problems that persisted despite weekly pest control. Some neighbors were dangerously mentally unstable. There's a school nearby, and if you want to get to your apartment while school is dismissing you can forget it, because parents will crowd the sidewalk.
