Great apartments and location, but noisy
Pros
Building is very well maintained, directly above a 24 hour huge supermarket.
Cons
Very constant and loud street noise.
Advice to the owners
Katy is the best!

Good value, lots of little problems

Lots of closet space, great layout, great community, quiet
Cons
Just OK building manager, cheap appliances, terrible insulation
Advice to the owners
When real issues arise, hire licensed professionals to fix them in a timely manner.
