Unresponsive Bad Management

Unresponsive management, 30+ days since moving out and we have not received communication regarding security deposit, heat pipes are way too hot (have to run AC in the winter), roach problem
renting at 621 Metropolitan
Pros
- pretty quiet - great super in building - rent didn't increase too much after 1 year - good natural lighting in apartment
Cons
- they did a lot of updates before we moved in but refused to paint the walls for free - initially had a cockroach issue, but management was good about sending pest control - have seen a couple mice - mailbox doesn't lock, management would not fix this issue - after my lease ended, it was impossible to get security deposit back. Absolutely no response from management. - hard in general to get in contact with management- no phone number or address.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive.
