Sweet spot but lots of lil (and big) issues
Pros
Great location, building common space (aka entry and halls) were cleaned regularly. Never saw any rodents.
Cons
We had lots of issues - a large tree fell in our backyard during a storm, the backyard consistently flooded whenever there was major rain and the whole drainage system needs to be fixed, termites in the basement. There is NO insulation so it is freezing during the winter unless you blast the heat and pay $100s per month in electric heating.
Advice to the owners
Invest in some long term care for the property

Pros
Proximity to subway, restaurants, etc
Cons
Ceiling fell in multiple times, delayed response and repairs, loud disrespectful neighbors, restaurant peeled shrimp in hallways, no trash management
