Great building horrible freestone property managers
Pros
It was a great building , all the tenants knew each other. It was great. We mostly bonded on our hatred fro Freestone property and now we are all moving out.
Cons
Freestone property are predatory and scammers. If you don't have time to get a lawyer avoid their properties.
Advice to the owners
Freestone harassed me out of my unit (after being a tenant for 4 years ) and still are holding my security deposit without explanation.

Depends on other tenants
Pros
Pretty decent renovation, good spaces.
Cons
Sounds and smells are shared between tenants. If someone is smoking weed in the building, everyone is smelling it. If there’s a frat party in the basement all night, nobody is sleeping. If there’s a stomper or loud talker above you, that’s your life now.
Advice to the owners
Pick better tenants.
