You get what you pay for
Pros
Rent is great for a 3bed 1.5 bath.
Cons
Building is dirty and looks it could do with a powerwash. Noise levels are sky-high especially if your room faces the street. You can hear conversations from street-level.

It was a great place to live.
Pros
The building was very clean and I rarely had any issues with management.
Cons
I do not recall running into any issues where we needed management.
