Good for what it was
Pros
The building was always kept clean, trash management was great. I never saw any rats. Majority of neighbors are pretty quiet, and there are some families with children but they were quiet too. Window insulation was fantastic, besides the small draft from where the AC resided there were no drafts whatsoever.
Cons
The building is old, and you can tell. Water pressure was terrible, pipes were noisy.

Going down the tubes.
Pros
I like the close proximity to the Long Island Rail Road.
Cons
The pest control is almost non existent.
Advice to the owners
Take care of your tenants. Treat the building the same was as if you lived there.
