I don’t know what to say or start !
Pros
The woman that helps with the garbage is such a sweet besides the timing that she chooses.
Cons
Everything .. I don’t understand why they even rent a few apartments out. Even the basement apartment it’s no point of renting it if you’re not gonna care for it don’t have people living in there and they’re telling you to fix stuff and you don’t wanna fix anything.
Advice to the owners
Just simply fix it !
Near to Columbia University, but Broadway is extremely noisy
Pros
Near to Columbia University; some apartments have in-unit washer-dryers. Management is generally responsive to service requests.
Cons
Some rooms face out onto the subway (which run 24h) AND Broadway, not to mention that the building is right above a bar and the noise can continue late into the night. The rooms facing the subway / street are extremely noisy. The building is also old so we’ve had a bit of a roach problem even though the exterminator comes once a month and we keep our apartment extremely clean.
