Cons
Noise and Crowds: The area can be busy and noisy, with heavy traffic and frequent foot traffic. Limited Space: Apartments in this area might be smaller and more expensive due to the location.

Favorite NYC Apt
Pros
In Hell’s Kitchen, so you’re around so many restaurants and major subways stops. But far enough west to where you’re not flooded with tourists all the time.
Cons
Really none I can think of. I loved living here for 2 years.
