Lobby is newly renovated Our kitchen is renovated and bathroom is pretty Beautiful pre-war features Back units are quiet Laundry in basement Walking distance to The Met and Central Park Monthly pest control service included
Cons
No ramp in the lobby. It's difficult to get a stroller in and out of the building. Water pressure is bad and it takes 10 minutes or more for the water to get hot on the sixth floor. Basement feels dirty and not as well kept The management company is super slow to respond and doesn't care if you've been a long term, incredible tenant. They would rather give incentives to someone new than keep a current tenant.

Cons
Elevator is always broken. Not enough washers and dryers for two buildings. Hallways could be cleaner. They need to maintain the common areas. Anytime you request for something to be fixed, they take forever.
