Honest Review of the Apartment
Pros
Proximity to Subway Shared backyard space (even though there’s lots of bugs) Decent Layouts Nice Neighboors
Cons
Cleanliness (building is dirty and never gets cleaned) Poor rushed construction (leaks, unsealed showers, holes walls, doors that don’t close properly, windows that don’t open properly)
Advice to the owners
Fix issues in the building in a timely and manner. Work with your tenants to keep the building in good shape oppose to against them
