Nice place, decent management

Pros

Bike storage area in the entryway Nice residents, never had any problems with noise or package theft Sometimes maintenance is really fast (for smaller issues like light bulbs)

Cons

Management is not always responsive - I've had a few maintenance tickets opened for months. Also I've never met my landlord in person.

Convenient location in Crown Heights, nice building. Would definitely recommend!

Laundry in building, clean, friendly neighbors. Had a great experience living here and would recommend!
