Good place to live for a short time
Pros
The building is nice, clean, and doormen are phenomenal.
Cons
Not many people live there full time making it hard to get to know you neighbors. Location isn’t great being on Braodway.

Heaven on earth
Pros
Never had any issues with pests (roaches, rodents at all); doormen are very nice and attentive
Cons
Gym is open 24/7, but laundry shuts down after 11
