Not bad, could be worse
Pros
Washer and dryer in unit, but really only useful for washing Water pressure is fine and works AC works Pets seem well behaved for most part Received full security deposit back, quick and easy
Cons
AC does not heat well enough, can get cold in winters Seen a roach / rat or two in past, but seems a bit cleaner now Garbage / Recycle bins fill up quick and piles up on floor Walls are thin, noise travels far
