Great building for the price
Pros
I lived here for several years. It’s a great location, upkeep and size for the price. Owner is pretty responsive generally - when they’re not it’s due to the office not being super on top of it. He’s accessible by phone.
Cons
We’ve had mice a few times, and one year, a flies infestation. These were short lived and we got through it quickly Garbage is in front of the building and pretty easy - though sometimes it gets too full too quickly

Better Building Maintenance Needed
Pros
The location is great, you’re in the heart of Bushwick.
Cons
Pest control was awful, exterminators did not come regularly and I frequently found cockroaches in the hallway.
Advice to the owners
Have exterminators come regularly!
