Very noisy and tons of traffic (garbage trucks)
Pros
Solid older construction. Decent price for space
Cons
Very noisy and lots of traffic, right on an on-ramp of the BQE. Building is in the vicinity of a Sanitation Department Depot, so tons of trash trucks rolling by. Experienced several clogged drains across the plumbing, water dripping from the ceiling, and unresponsive super.
Advice to the owners
Get a responsive super and look at building wide plumbing renovations

Ok building, poor management
Pros
Nice building, have had no real issues with appliances or otherwise.
Cons
Management is unresponsive on literally anything.
