Good Building in Great location
Pros
I enjoyed 3 years in the building. Good Super, responsive management, clean
Cons
Expensive but everything is in the area

So many roaches
Pros
The location is great. Updated appliances. Clean and secure lobby. Super is incredibly nice and responsive
Cons
Very overpriced. No control of heat and it gets unbearably hot… been using AC all winter. SO MANY ROACHES. Exterminator will come once a month but it only makes it worse.
Advice to the owners
LET US CONTROL HEAT. FIX THE ROACHES
