Great building, management, and neighbors

Walk up! And some cockroach + bee problems on the roof

Pros
A lot of sunlight, all apt have south exposure (i lived in one of the one-bedroom apt and now in a two-bedroom), next to central park, next to trains and buses, next to supermarkets and shops, near the park but without the noise of Central Park West, management is very responsive, super very responsive.
Cons
No laundry in the building and no elevator.
