Poorly put together, cash grab
Pros
The neighbors were all really nice friendly building
Cons
Almost impossible to get a response without contacting higher-ups and property management incredibly poorly built door literally couldn't open fully floors warped tinry bathroom I believe illegally destabilized
Advice to the owners
Redo the apartment

nice place but very small and not alot of sunlight
Pros
great location near the J and L and not far from the lirr bus stop right in front of the house safe and lively neighborhood lots of restaurants
Cons
super small bedrooms not a lot of natural sunlight broken door packages always getting stolen

invest in better maintaince
