Quiet building and comfortable living situation
Pros
Tenants were all respectful. Secure entry into building meant hardly any trouble with packages being stolen. Sizable units. Reliable water pressure and hot water.
Cons
While air conditioner kicked in warm months it felt like the heater was constantly struggling. Probably needed to be replaced (had serviced 3-4 times over winter) but it kept getting band-aided back together.

nightmare landlord, extremely thin walls, felon living in ba
Pros
Very quiet (except the walls are super thin you can hear a whisper) Clean lobby Relatively safe quiet block
Cons
There was a felon living in the basement that the landlord was illegally subletting the bike space to Oh also they overcharged us for rent and then kept 300$ of our security deposit just claiming we "forgot" how much we put down
