It was fine
Pros
Not the best, not the worst. I liked the area.
Cons
Heat was sometimes iffy. Area outside was often trashed.

Convenient location
Pros
Convenient location, close to many great bars and restaurants.
Cons
Building is rundown and can use renovation. Ceiling leaks during rain.
Advice to the owners
Fix ceilings please!
