Great location and owner who cares
Pros
Amazing location Very well maintained building Good crew of handymen and supers Friendly management
Cons
Washer dryer is old and doesn’t work well Noise level from nearby apartments on weekends can really be annoying

Replace the washer or schedule maintenance more often?

Cons
We spent an entire winter with no heat, hot water, or working stove or oven. The landlord ignored all requests for fixing this EXTREMELY hazardous issue, and would occasionally enter our apartment illegally after banging on our door for 20 minutes after we refused entry. Almost did not survive the winter as the conditions were so hazardous.
